The Ocean Villa
TRES VOLCANES OCEAN VILLA is a secluded private residence located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Pacific Ocean. Guests will find opportunities to enjoy Nicaragua's natural beauty through exploring, swimming, horseback riding, surfing, and fishing.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 10 people. It boasts an open concept design equipped with ceiling fans– perfect for creating natural air-flow to cool the home and hear the crashing waves and chirping birds. Take a dip in our ocean-side pool or in the ocean, the choice is yours. There’s an outdoor shower to rinse off after your swim.
Enjoy magnificent views of the ocean, volcanoes and stars at night from our rooftop patio.
Location
Located south of a small fisherman’s village in Salinas Grandes, Tres Volcanes Ocean Villa is nestled on the Pacific coast. The beach is remote and untouched with only a handful of homes in the area. As you make your way to the villa from the main road, you will pass a couple of communities and salt flats.
Due to the villa’s remote location, there is no restaurant or store in walking distance, so we suggest purchasing food, cocktails and snacks before you arrive. We can arrange to have the villa pre-stocked with your grocery list. Please connect with our hosts to let us know your needs.

- 45 minutes from Leon
- 2 hours from Managua

The Beach
The beach is literally at your footsteps. Enjoy a dip or surf in the Pacific Ocean without having to bump into anyone – you have an entire beach to yourself. Please use caution when swimming as there are no lifeguards on site.

Take advantage of using the villa's fully equipped kitchen at your leisure. There is also an outside fire grill for barbecue lovers. For a small fee, Vincenta can cook a mouth-watering Nicaraguan meal. Matt is also a trained chef and would be happy to offer in-house chef made meals at an added cost. We also offer grocery service to help you prepare for your stay. This is the cost of your bill plus a delivery fee. We can shop and stock the kitchen for you!

The Kitchen
We value your safety. A day and night guard are on the property ensuring all is good. Matt and Rachel live on-site and are always there to help make your stay a comfortable one.
We do not provide safes in the rooms. Keys are offered to lock your rooms and if you require an extra level of comfort for storing your valuables, we recommend bringing your own lock to secure zippers in your luggage and/or bags.
We invite families to the Villa, however children under 10 are not recommended. There are features of the home that are not child-friendly.
Safety
Transportation can be arranged with our trusted drivers to and from the villa. 5 days advance notice is required.
If you are driving a rented vehicle to the villa, a 4X4 is highly recommended as the roads are not paved as you approach the coast (very common in Nicaragua), especially in the rainy season.

Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi. Given the villa’s remove location, there may be times where the internet is not available. The best time to enjoy the internet is in the morning.
Internet
From time to time the power may go out. This is normal in Nicaragua. During the day we will most often go without power to conserve energy. If the power goes out in the evening, there is a generator on the property that is used to turn the lights and fans on.
Power
We value preservation of our planet's resources. Please help save water and energy by taking shorter showers and re-using your towels and linens.
